How does a CGM sensor work?
A CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitoring) sensor is a small device that attaches to the skin and continuously measures glucose levels in interstitial fluid. The sensor wirelessly transmits data to a receiver or a phone application, giving you a complete picture of blood sugar fluctuations throughout the day and night.
Are the products original?
Yes, all products sold by Prime Medical are 100% original and come directly from authorized manufacturers. We are official distributors and offer complete warranty for all medical devices.
How long does a CGM sensor last?
The lifespan of a CGM sensor varies depending on the model. Generally, sensors have a usage duration of 10-14 days, after which they must be replaced. Check the specifications of each product for exact information.
Can I use the CGM sensor while swimming or showering?
Most CGM sensors are water-resistant and can be worn during showering or swimming. However, we recommend checking the product specifications to find out the maximum immersion time and maximum permitted depth.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 0-1 business days. Transit time is 1-3 business days depending on destination. Delivery to EasyBox is available in most cities in Romania.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery to EasyBox is FREE for all orders. Home delivery costs 20 lei. You can choose the delivery method on the order checkout page.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the AWB number and a tracking link. You can track your order status in real time both in your account on our website and on the courier's website.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard) through the secure Stripe processor and cash on delivery. For subscriptions, payment is made exclusively by card.
Is payment by card safe?
Yes, card payments are processed through Stripe, one of the most secure payment systems in the world. We do not store your card data on our servers. All transactions are encrypted and protected.
When is the invoice issued?
The tax invoice is issued automatically after payment confirmation through SmartBill and is sent to your email in PDF format. You can also download the invoice from your account on the website.
Returns and Warranty
How can I return a product?
You have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, without specifying a reason. Products must be in original packaging, unused, and undamaged. The return shipping cost is borne by the customer.
What warranty do the products offer?
All medical devices benefit from the manufacturer's warranty, which varies between 1-2 years depending on the product. Sensors and consumables do not have warranty coverage due to their nature.
What should I do if the product I received is defective?
If you receive a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@primemedical.ro. We will replace the product free of charge or provide you with a full refund of the amount paid.
Subscriptions
How do subscriptions work?
Subscriptions allow you to automatically receive your preferred products at regular intervals (monthly, quarterly, etc.) with a discount. Payment is made automatically by card, and delivery is scheduled before you run out of stock.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime from your account. The cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees or minimum contract periods.
Can I modify or pause a subscription?
Yes, from your account you can modify the quantity, delivery frequency, or temporarily pause your subscription. Changes will be applied from the next cycle.
