Sibio CKM
The SiBio CKM sensor is easy to use and helped me track changes in ketone levels in the app, making it ideal for relating them to exercise and food. The filament must stay fixed under the skin; tight clothing, exercise or sleep can move it, and then it stops. Nevertheless, my experience is positive because it was replaced when needed.
SiBio KS1: ketones, not glucose
KS1 tracks ketones and displays data in a compatible app. It is not a CGM sensor and does not replace blood glucose testing. Check the instructions for the actual KS1 version supplied for intended use, wear time, application and limitations.
Before choosing this product
Request the documentation for the version sold, compatible phone list and confirmation of box contents. Availability is shown on this page.
Important limitations
A ketone value does not by itself demonstrate that a diet is effective or justify changing treatment. Do not rely on KS1 data to diagnose or rule out ketoacidosis. If a medical emergency is suspected, seek medical attention without waiting for app confirmation; call 112 in an emergency.
For use alongside diabetes care or a diet, discuss the purpose of monitoring with your healthcare professional and follow their recommended testing methods. Application comfort and skin tolerance vary between people.
