What iCan i3 offers
iCan i3 is the Sinocare CGM system that sends glucose readings automatically to your phone. Wear time is up to 15 days, with a new reading every 3 minutes. Initial warm-up takes 2 hours. You do not need to scan for each reading.
iCan CGM and iCan Reach have different roles
The iCan CGM app receives sensor data and displays graphs, trends and alerts. iCan Reach lets invited people follow shared data. Remote access depends on setup and an internet connection; it is not continuous medical supervision.
Before applying your first sensor
Check the compatible phone list. Pair the sensor components as instructed and keep the packaging with the product serial number. The app needs the required Bluetooth and notification permissions.
Age and application site: check your manual edition
iCan documentation has changed. The Romanian manual published in July 2025 describes use from age 2: the abdomen for ages 2–12, and the abdomen or back of the upper arm from age 13. The local product page and older quick guide give different indications. Before use by a child, confirm the edition applicable to the supplied product with us and discuss it with your healthcare professional. Do not use another sensor model’s application instructions.
Water, alerts and practical limits
iCan i3 has an IP28 rating. The reviewed manual specifies immersion up to 2.5 metres for no more than 2 hours. Follow the instructions supplied with your sensor. Alerts also depend on your phone working correctly; if a reading does not match symptoms, check with a blood glucose meter.
