See how your glucose changes throughout the day with the LinX M1 GX-01F continuous glucose monitoring sensor. The sensor measures glucose in the fluid just under the skin and sends data to the LinX M1 app on a compatible smartphone, helping you follow glucose readings and trends.
Each GX-01F sensor can be worn for up to 15 days before it needs replacing. The sensor comes inside an applicator; once applied, its small flexible tip sits just under the skin. The sensor and applicator are single-use.
When used with compatible devices, the system is intended for diabetes management in people aged 2 years and older. The guide specifies the back of the upper arm for adults and the abdomen for children and adolescents aged 2–17. For children and adolescents, the system must be operated on their behalf by a legal guardian, caregiver or healthcare professional.
Wear your sensor while showering or swimming within the manufacturer's limits: no deeper than 2 metres and no longer than one hour. Check the full instructions and compatible-device list before use.
If a sensor reading seems inaccurate, does not match your symptoms, or your blood glucose is changing rapidly, check your blood glucose with a fingerstick blood glucose meter. Paracetamol doses above the maximum recommended dose can falsely raise sensor readings. Remove the sensor before an MRI and do not wear it during a CT scan or diathermy treatment. The guide states that the system has not been evaluated in pregnant women, people with implanted pacemakers, people on peritoneal dialysis, people with coagulation disorders or people taking anticoagulants. Consult a healthcare professional and the complete instructions for use.
